LIVE Resume evaluation–$95

If you’ve got a resume and want professional “eyes” on it to offer tips and strategies for making sure it stands out and gets noticed, this is for you. It includes a 60-minute live resume review and coaching session either in-person (if local) or via phone/video conferencing for any industry/field, and encompasses:
•  a detailed review of your most up-to-date resume with specific, actionable guidance for resume content, language, layout, and keyword and ATS optimization
•  strategies for addressing challenging job transitions (career/field changes, returning to work after a long break, long-term unemployment, new graduate, etc.)
•  LinkedIn tips to complement and support your resume and job search.

Resume rates:

♦️ Emerging Professionals & Graduates – $245 – for high school and/or college graduates and/or those with less than 4 years of professional work experience
♦️ Established Professional – $345 – for non-executives with 4+ years of professional experience
♦️ Executive/C-Suite Level – $545

Custom resume writing includes:
1. An attractive, personally branded, and keyword-rich modern marketing document created with 6 key elements in mind: branding, message, voice, target audience, design, and readability – all to help you stand out and get noticed

2. A resume that is digital-friendly and ATS-optimized (Applicant Tracking Software) with relevant keywords and phrases

3. An online Resume-Building Questionnaire to aid in resume development and marketability

4. A pre-writing strategy phone call to discuss questionnaire responses, strategize resume direction and audience, and clarify career goals

5. Resume turnaround in 5-7 business days following our pre-writing strategy call

6. The option of having a “skills-transfer” treatment applied to your resume if changing careers/fields

7. A proof-review (editing) phone call when your first draft is completed, with an additional round of edits if needed

8. Your document delivered as an editable Word DOC and a universal PDF

9. A complimentary Job Search Networking Email template to assist in networking your way into a job via friends, family, acquaintances, co-workers, etc.

For those changing careers––doing a career pivot––a skills transfer treatment will be applied to the writing of your resume. It highlights how your skills, experience, training, and expertise thus far are relevant to the position you want next, rather than pegging you only according to your present and past history.

♦️ Job Interview Prep & Practice - $95 for resume clients; $125 stand alone
A 75-minute live in-person (if local) coaching and practice session that includes strategies and tips for making your best first impression, the opportunity to answer practice questions and receive immediate feedback on your verbal and non-verbal responses, guidance on how to respond to questions most effectively (including those “surprise” questions), and overall strategies for thinking well on your feet.

♦️ Cover Letter - $65 for Emerging & Established Professionals;
For resume clients: a strong personalized, impactfully written cover letter emphasizing your key strengths and relevant accomplishments to establish you as a candidate worth considering. - $65 for Emerging & Established Professionals; $95 for Executives

♦️ Career Discovery Guide – $25
If you’re not sure what you want to do next in your career and/or are considering a career change, this self-guided work aid includes eight (8) career discovery activities for personal and professional reflection. The guide aids in discovering the relevant patterns and themes of your work motivations, strengths, talents, interests, skills, and values to help you better determine your next career direction. – sent as a PDF.

♦️ Resume Updates - For returning clients who want to update their resume to keep it fresh and current. Includes adding a new job listing(s) and any additional updates as needed to other sections. - approximately $125 (depending on updates needed)

DISC Behavioral Assessment & Coaching

Assessment and follow-up consult to help you better understand your work and personal strengths, communication style, preferred work environments, personal work challenges, and more for better career and job search success. Options include:
#1 - DISC Assessment with 20+ page results report and one 60-minute coaching session: $125
#2 - DISC Assessment only (includes 20+ page results report) - $45

Social Media Coaching

Live 60-minute in-person coaching session (if local) or video conferencing coaching for establishing your online personal brand for your career and/or job search. $75/hour; billable in 1/4 hour increments beyond the first hour.

BUSINESS Severance PackageS

Job search support services (resumes, cover letters, interview coaching, etc.) are available to organizations for inclusion in severance package offerings to exiting employees. Reach out to receive a rate sheet for bundling resumes and other job search services into a severance package offering.
